Today I had the greatest pleasure of working in Greyson’s room – he’s just 7 months old and I can tell you with certainty that he will be the expert on the playground when it comes to shapes… at least circles for sure! He’s so darling and I loved seeing his cute smile when he and his mom, Andrea would pop in for visits throughout the 4 hours I was there.
I was able to do all of my vinyl cuts at home and bring them along with my scaled down design of the wall and get right to work! The circles are 18″, 11.5″, and 6″ and are cut in colours found in the existing room decor.
As always, I forgot to take a before picture! Here are some pictures of the process… You can see in the second picture below how the larger circles needed to be cut in two pieces because of it’s size. The third picture is of my work space on the floor, and my Betty Crocker kitchen scraper that makes an awesome vinyl applicator 😉
Four hours later (I had estimated 3 hours so 4 wasn’t bad!), it was all done and I was pleased! Andrea and Greyson seemed happy with the results too, which was even more important 🙂
Getting artsy with photos… these are my favourites 😉
Thanks for stopping by!!!
This is the all-time coolest baby room!!! I LOVE the modern take with the circles!! How fun. The pictures look like an ad in a magazine! Gonna have to pin this!!
Wow, what an amazing baby room, I love vinyl circles on the wall. I agree with Nadia, your pictures do look like they belong in a magazine!
Laura I always love your work… Grayson is one lucky boy. And again thanks for always sharing your projects with us.
Another terrific project – love the modern design style mixed with the classic crib – great colors and execution!
